2018-07-22 14:07 UTC: Disk checks completed and mu11 got restarted safely.
2018-07-22 14:20 UTC: First cause of disruption is still being analysed and remediative steps will be taken in the next days.
2018-07-22 20:31 UTC: First cause of disruption has been found, and fault-tolerance configuration has been improved to avoid same issue in the future.
