Joomlapolis offers three membership levels:

1. Free Members (lifetime - no expiration)
2. Advanced Membership (12 month renewable)
3. Professional Membership (12 month renewable)

Advanced membership

As an Advanced member you get the following:

1. Access to the detailed CB documentation to take full advantage of the Free CB you already have.
2. Authorization to remove the frontend Community menu item that contains CB copyright information
3. Access to download all 15+ extra add-ons shown on this page: https://www.joomlapolis.com/cb-solutions/add-ons
4. Access to download the latest GroupJive stable release shown on this page: https://www.joomlapolis.com/cb-solutions/groupjive
5. Permission to post on our Advanced priority support forum area here: https://www.joomlapolis.com/forum/154-advanced-members-support
   This area is monitored by CB Team members and responses are given priority compared to Free support forum areas.
6. Maintenance releases for all the above for 12 months
7. You can use all download above on all your websites forever (even after the 12 month subscription ends) and you can post issues about all of your websites (not bound to single domain).

Professional membership

As a Professional member you get the following:

1. All Advanced member privileges and downloads
2. Access to all 23+ Incubator add-ons described here: https://www.joomlapolis.com/cb-solutions/incubator
3. Access to Release Candidate packages for CB, CB Add-ons and GroupJive
4. Permission to post on our Professional support forum area here: https://www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support
   This area is closely monitored by CB Team members and responses will be given during same or next business day.
5. Maintenance releases for all above for 12 months.
6. You can use all download above on all your websites forever (even after the 12 month subscription ends) and you can post issues about all of your websites (not bound to single domain).
7. the entry level Professional membership package is the Premier Professional membership that gives you all the above. You can select higher level Professional membership packages such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and get private ticketing support.

Template packages are not included in the above and must be purchased separately.
