To access your database, you can either:

from webmin panel go to "Edit Databases" then click on "manage database" for the corresponding database and use the built-in database manager of webmin pro.
Or you can install PhpMyAdmin from the "Install Script" menu into a subfolder, then use same password as for the webmin panel to access your MySQL database. For additional protection, do not use the default subfolder "phpmyadmin", but use a personalized folder-name. Your can also protect the folder in which you installed PhpMyAdmin.
