The different e-mail ports are:

Protocol	Port	Protocol
PoP	995	SSL/TLS
IMAP	993	SSL/TLS
SMTP	587	STARTTLS with normal cleartext password (it is encrypted with STARTTLS)

You should use the domain name of your portal (muXX.cbpolis.com) as mail server address, so that you can use valid SSL certificates for accessing your email.
