Yes, you can install other web application. We do support several languages like PHP, Perl, etc as well as MySQL.
We also provide you installation scripts for many web application and packages.
If none of the provided applications fit your needs, you can download your own via ftp. You can find mode details on ftp here and on the folder infrastructure here.
