If you wish to disable or delete a sub-server:

go to Virtualmin
IMPORTANT: select the domain to disable or delete from scroll-down
click menu "Disable and Delete",
then click submenu "Disable Virtual Server" or "Delete Virtual Server", double-check name of virtual server, and confirm.

Deleting main servers isn't authorized as that would disable your plan.
